§ To be fair to all bidders, we will not end the auction early
§ Payment must be made 5 calendar days after the auction has ended or we have the right to re-list the item or, offer it to the second highest bidder. Appropriate action will be taken against the non paying bidder on the 7th day
§ We will not entertain personal collection. Items will be sent by post. No exception
§ Singapore bidders will pay the same Shipping and Handling fee, and the same payment methods applies like all other international bidders
§ The payment of all custom duties, taxes, and miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the bidder
§ Shipping at bidders’ risk but we will help/assist to the best of our ability
Shipping & Handling
§ We charge a S&H Service Fee is US$85 via Speedpost with insurance for worldwide destination including Singapore. Low declared value.
§ For combine shipping, we charged 50% less for the second and third items
§ Due to tighter security checks, it will now take 2-3 weeks for the item to arrive in many parts of the world
Refund
§ We will not refund due to your purchasing regrets or mistakes
§ We will not entertain refund 3 days after you have received the item (post mark) or when the item was mishandled / abused / altered or with parts removed
§ There will be a 15% restocking fee on the realized / final auction price if you wish to return the goods
§ S&H fees and other fee are strictly non refundable, no exception
§ Returning items at sender’s cost and risk. Please ensure that the item is sufficiently protected and insured. Refund will be made after the item is received, and inspected by us
